"I contacted Covenant via the website late one Wednesday evening, the next morning by 8am I received a call from Doug to see how they could help. I gave them what I thought was the issue of having bats and possibly squirrels in my attic. I was given an appointment for that same day. I met Mark at the house, he did an inspection of the areas and gave me all the information with pictures to make a decision. After a few days I made my decision and scheduled the work. When the work was completed, I was given full details of what was done, which were confirmed with before and after pictures."

They were driving me crazy up there. Mark came out, installed a trap in the entrance, quickly caught three squirrels that were having a bachelor party (their last), made sure no more were in there, and then securely covered the entrance. I am very happy with the service."
